The Wii Key 1.9s modchip works on the v1 Wii console (to check the model of your Wii look below) and offers Direct / automatic boot of all Wii backups (copies), originals, and partial region-free support for imports (overseas) games as well as Gamecube backups. How to Identify your Console Version --- Wii

The serial number is located on the side of the Wii console underneath the UPC code and next to the console fan. Please note these serial numbers are only for Australian Wii consoles.
